Cozy Games Revealed in the September 2025 Nintendo Direct

Nintendo kicked off its latest Direct celebrating a monumental milestone: 40 years of Mario. To honor the legacy of the worldโ€™s most beloved plumber, the presentation highlighted upcoming projects like the Super Mario World movie debuting next spring, and new adventures in the Mushroom Kingdom including Super Mario Galaxy on Switch and the eagerly awaited Super Mario Bros. Wonder for Nintendo Switch 2, complete with fresh multiplayer features in the new Bellabel Park area. Beyond Mario, Nintendo also teased a range of intriguing titles across genres, from the colorful action RPG Lynked: Banner of the Spark to cozy life sims like Tamodotchi Life: Living the Dream, and classic RPG reimaginings such as Dragon Quest VII Reimagined and Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade.
